Rated 3 out of 5 by food was not excellent in quality. One dish had to be returned and substituted but no adjustment was made to the check. Atmosphere isn't like a dining experience. The activity and traffic in the lobby of the hotel encroached upon the ambiance of the dining area. Aug 1, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by We were out in the open and no one else in the restaurant at 7:00pm on a Saturday night. Food was average (excellent BBQ sauce though) and quite high priced. Total bill was $100 for an appetizer, 2 lowest entries, and 3 cocktails. No table bread or salad included. Jun 15, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by First off, I entered my reservation via 2 weeks before Valentines Day. When we arrived at the restaurant, they said "that they do not have a reservation under my last name." I was dumbfounded because I submitted my reservation online and I received 2 calls confirming my reservation. After being embarrassed at the restaurant entrance and eventually grabbing an open table, it took approx 15 minutes for the waiter to take our drink orders. It appeared other tables were experiencing the same frustrations because they were waiting on their orders as well. The entire experience took 2 hours which was way too long. It appeared that the restaurant lacked organization. Feb 14, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by The food was just ok. My aunt ordered soup and a blue cheese salad that they substituted with brie cheese without asking if it was ok. My crabcake sandwhich was nothing unique. We waited 20 minutes for dessert. The waiter left a dessert menu then came back about 10 minutes later. After taking the order he came back to say the dessert hadn't been started and he had no excuse. When he brought the bill, we requested the dessert be taken off for slow service. It was taken off. Over 1 hour for lunch is a long time for thurs day during lunch hour. Feb 6, 2014
