Quite honestly, this experience was the first bad service we have recieved in many years, and it was off-the-charts bad. The server was quite rude when I asked her why it took a full hour to receive our order, even though people seated on all sides of us arrived after we had ordered and had finished their sandwiches before we were served. 5/21/2013 10:08:15 PM

I rarely complain about service, but this was ridiculous; we nearly got up and left 45 minutes after arriving because people all around us who had arrived after we ordered were almost finished with their meals - yet we had not yet been served. When our tortas finally arrived, the server saw the look on my face and asked if anything was wrong. I told her I just didn't know what could have taken so long.
