The food was very good and the service was attentive and responsive. The only issue I had was that when they brought the check I gave them a credit card. The waiter told me that they could not take a credit card, as they had had not internet connection all day. They should have told me this up front. Fortunately, I had cash, but it appeared that some other folks were not so fortunate. There were several large parties looking a bit miffed when they received their bills. 6/10/2013 8:31:10 AM

Clean, neat, and inviting atmosphere. Nice table settings prepared for guests. The staff was very cordial and accommodating. The server did not rush us at all, encouraging us to enjoy our time there. 5/5/2013 10:07:43 PM

We ordered from the prix fix menu and the selection, quality, and portion sizes were great. Only thing was that the sign in the window said prix fix was $26.95, while the actual price was $29.95. When I asked the waiter, he said it may be an old sign. 3/31/2013 8:20:36 PM

It seems that the restaurant is no longer offering $25 coupons for Rino Trattoria but only $10 or $15 ones. I would purchase more $25 ones; $10 or $15 are not much of a savings. Prices without coupon are a bit high. Best to come early - came at 5:00 PM - got crowded later on. 2/16/2013 7:13:53 PM

We first went to this restaurant on a week night and we about to walk in when a fight between 2 men started inside. They both seemed to be working at the restaurant and about 6 customers ran out as tables were shoved and glasses dropped to the floor. We only went back because we already had a coupon. The restaurant was very crowded on Sat night with couples and families. It was noisy and the waitstaff was very busy and we did not get much attention. I would not recommend this restaurant. This is a very pleasant, intimate restaurant near the Theater District. Their homemade pasta was heavenly ans served in a perfect portion. Service was great, didn't feel rushed at all. We felt comfortable dining there with a toddler. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and look forward to dining there again in the future. 12/11/2012 6:58:14 AM

dessert portions were ridiculously small, almost like they did not have enough. Literally the cake slice was a sliver. Service was slow and the menu on the website is different than the one you get. Also $5.00 for a soda or a cup of tea is crazy. 11/17/2012 5:44:23 AM
