That was the worst Mother's Day dinner waited 1 hour to be seated and then 2 hours for our food we got served water in foam cups ,food was horrible and cold then they run out of rice (what restaurant runs out of rice? ) server was rude and incompetent .

The food was absolutely delicious. I would have given them a 5, but because there was no hostess to greet us when we arrived and they seemed to be short handed, with only one waiter, but my overall experience was very good.

servers were all really nice. food was great. but the service was horrible...waited for the check for 20 minutes then got up and asked for it. our waiter Jose was really nice but was busy doing something else for most of our meal. we were served our main courses and then he did not come to our table until the check was delivered (after i had to ask for it...)

Food was first brought cold (vegetables)and the shrimp were very rubbery. Overcooked. The waitress was very personable.

Large drink menu. Loved the appetizer. Great fish, pasta was OK. Vegetables not good. Variety of salsas at the table.

It took over 10 mins to get waited on. We had to ask for utensils, water and kept asking for a waiter.

our water was never refilled he brought our food and left not to be seen till we had a waiteress find him for us then had to wait some time to pay thanks but wont return

This place is big, beautiful, great service, amazing food! My friend and i went there to celebrate our birthdays, it was her first time there and she loved it.

Our waitress didn't check on us often. She forgot our request for water. The bus boy was a lot more attentive to us. She got an order wrong and insisted it was right, it wasn't but we didn't want to make a big deal about it.

The waitress we had took forever to come to our table and then while eating never came around. Also it took 20 minutes to get our check after asking and we were charged incorrectly. The food that we ordered was way to salty and very greasy.

The employees that work at Las Islas are friendly. I've had plenty of different dishes at this resturant and everything is good.

I don't feel like ingredients are as fresh as can be, but for the price of menu items, I think it is good value for what you pay for. Some of the shrimp I ordered didn't taste fresh. The scallops tasted interesting. The octopus was very good.
