We were very pleased with the customer service and family friendly environment. We told the cashier that this was our first time and she was happy to make menu recommendations and tell us what her favorite menu item was. I chose her personal favorite and I LOVED IT!!!!

Food was well made and delicious. There were many interesting menu options available, including their soups. I got food to go, but wouldn't hesitate to dine in at some point. Very nice decor and atmosphere, clean. Parking could be a minor problem on busier nights.

The expensive $9 sandwich was mediocre at best. Very few mushrooms, onions and peppers on the sandwich (about a tablespoon)The cheese was skimped upon too, barely covered the meat and wasn't even melted thoroughly. Disappoining "grilled cheese"

My friend and I wanted to share a couple of items. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They divided the food and were each served on our own plates. The Sergeant Pepper grilled cheese and chicken salad were outstanding. We also liked having the choice of apple as a side.

Portions were huge. The sandwiches tasted great and the bread was awesome. Really fresh ingredients. Mimosa's were wonderful and the presentation of all was outstanding.

The food is good, but a bit pricey. I would not make this a regular lunch stop if I had to pay full price every time. Considering that the place was about 1/3 full, we both were surprised at the time it took to fill our order- need to know that if on a limited lunch break!

it was just ok. only one kind of chips...would have liked baked or low-fat. grilled cheese was ok. the biggest negative for me was the prisoner's..with bistros I thought it would be more like a place to stay longer with coffee...cozy..with servers
. I did not realize it was like a sub shop...a place to eat and run. for what u get it is pricey.

Of the three sandwiches, two were very good (the Birthwood and the Munroe). However, salmon filling in the Nantucket was too salty. Baked Parmesan Hash Brown could be more brown.
