I had to ask the waiter 3 times to get drinks. My order was wrong when I got it and the waiter made it seem like an inconvenience to take it back. We got charged an 18% gratuity when there was 2 adults and a child in our party. 3/10/2013 12:04:03 AM

we did not realize you could only use one gift certificate per meal, so we talked with management about that, and from that point it was like they were mad at us for having a complaint. Our sever had very poor serving skills, we had to ask for refills ond chips and our drinks, and we would be very nice when asking and say thank you when he would bring us our food and he had had attitude and his facial expressions showed his disatisfaction.
