The servers know us by name and give us our favorite booth, and they always take the time to explain new specials or items they think we will enjoy. The food is awesome too!

good customer service, waiter very amaible,checked on us often,I give him 5/5, it took longer then expected to get our food, and I wasn't impressed with how the food taste, it's average. prices are good though.

The food was plentiful and quite tasty. There was live Italian music. Very nice place for casual dining.

each of us had a personal pizza, and all agreed that the pizzas were among the best we've had. WONDERFUL crust!!!

We were warmly welcomed and seated in a nice spot. The food was great and the service was awsome. We really enjoyed it.

We have eaten at Barducci’s several times and have always enjoyed our meals. The other night my husband got the calzone and said it was delicious. I tried one of the new summer salads. I ordered the lunch size portion of a salad that featured strawberries, pineapple and mandarin oranges. I was expecting fresh pineapple and instead got colorless and tasteless pineapple from a can! Other wise the salad was good and nicely presented and the salad dressing was very good. I never got the garlic knots that were suppose to accompany the salad. When we got the bill I was charged for the dinner salad. When I asked our server why I was charged for the dinner salad when I ordered the lunch salad she said well you got the dinner salad. I did not want the dinner salad, I did not finish the salad and I had to pay $2.00 extra for something that I did want or eat. Although our server was very nice up to that point she totally ignored my attempts to address the issue so we just left.

Our experience wasn't terrible; the food was good. But it took nearly an hour for our food to be brought out to us, and it was just a single pizza. Our waiter seemed to have forgotten us in the middle of our dinner! And for that, it was a disappointment.

Very good food, especially the pizza. Their dough is some of the best I've had. Lobster rav was great too. Service was a little slow, it it was worth the wait. Very friendly owner.

The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The soup, salad and my husband's entree were excellent. My entree was very greasy. I told the waiter who related the comment to the cook and he or she just send him back to us to tell us that "it was a butter cream base". Well, I cook too, it does not have to have a pool of grease on the plate because is butter based. And she or he should have come to the table as a nice gesture. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The portions were extremely small for a "family meal deal". The lasagna & side salad was 1 serving in a small container. The price & discount was not so great when considering the portion received.

THe place is very nice and clean with hilarious quotes in the walls. Food portions were excepionally generous. Food tasted great!
