Encore has a very nice ambiance. We have always enjoyed our visits there. Very comfortable seating. Our server was attentive (without being overly noticed) and knowledgeable.

Nice surroundings and atmosphere. Great service. Very pricey. Food was just okay, my sirloin was on the tough side. They do not do anything special for birthdays

Outstanding fresh and perfectly cooked meal. All around great flavor. Service was also very good.

Slow service to begin with but got better. Friends meal (salmon) was very good but mine (Prime Rib sandwich) had to be one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. Certainly in no rush to return.

Appetizer was good, regular food only fair. We enjoyed the outside patio area. We came at lunch, willing to try dinner to see if better.

The service was ok, the food was not great. If I go back would be for an appetizer and drinks, the place is nice.

My biggest gripes are: 1) wine pours are pathetic and 2) it's always too cold regardless of season. My wife and I would visit Encore far more frequently than the two or three times annually we currently go, if the wine pours were more reasonable.
