The service in the bar area has gotten too laxed. For this price restaurant all service should be good.

It was our first time there. Upon arriving the hostess looked at us puzzled and asked: "can I help you?" It felt awkward. People usually go to a restaurant to dine. The hostess could have welcomed us in a different way: "Such as 'Hello! Is this your first time here? You are welcome to sit at the bar for a few minutes. The dining area opens at 5pm. I'll come and get you once your table is ready." - The rest was fine. Our server Preston went out of his way to make us feel welcome and that helped balance out the awkwardness with the hostess. Note: I am of Greek descent; Jim's Place has some Greek dishes but it won't satisfy your desire to eat something authentic from the homeland.

The Lima Beans were the BEST I'vd ever had and of course, the service (ERIC) was defintely professional.

Chicken Parm was great, but an awfully small portion! Disappointed that it did not come with at least a small side of pasta!

My husband always orders the rib eye and has never been disappointed. I like to get one of the entree salads. Shaun usually waits on us and is always terrific.
