We got our favorite corner table. The waitress was nice as usual. Food was tasty and we love the decor.

Service is too slow, probably because there is only 1 server at the time. Food will be slightly on the expensive side without the coupon for the level of the restaurant. Food quality is average compared to rest of Japantown.

Not going back! Service is slow, they act like they are giving something away with a $25 voucher, too many rules to use voucher that should just be a straight up transaction.

Saki was not hot enough and courses should have been brought out not all at once, but food was Great!

1. Waitress mistakenly gave us another table's order
2. Waitress did not put the food on the table but handed it out to us
3. Food was very low quality
4. Service not very attentive, we waited long time prior to ordering

Excellent food. Very slow waitress. Asked for forks. Ten minutes later had to go and get it myself.

A very relaxing & enjoyable experience. Many Japanese restaurant nearby but this one's experience is unique.

First time in a very long time as had dined at the restaurant years ago. The prices were a couple dollars more than the online menu stated, though.
