Its a typical dimsum experience. Have to flag down waiters for more water, but they will refill tea pots and clear empty dimsum plates on a regular basis.

The food is Excellent. The Quality and Taste are Fantastic. The Waiters are Courteous and very attentive

Staff was not courteous. Took forever for request to arrive. Was over charged on the dimsum.

Our food came quick but it wasn't hot. It seems they they have been there a while and it was heated up.

The waiters doesn't seem to pay attention to your needs and or orders. They don't talk at all or maybe they can only understand or talk Chinese languages.

Parking at the free lot was impossible. Better luck on the street or parking lots.
Was seated pretty quickly. Food was good for the price.

Food is good, although the restaurant could have been cleaner. But that was expected.

When asked for quiet room and that i was Hearing impaired, they gave us takle with only two large tables. That was great.

This is our regular dim sum place in Chinatown. It's definitely not the best but given the prices, it's the best value for dim sum -- especially if you're careful to choose items on the dim sum list in catergories A and B, avoiding the D and specialty items. Service is fair at best. After all, it's a chinese restaurant in Chinatown. You'll have to flag the waiters to refill your water. Overall, it's a good weekend dim sum place to go with the family, especially when the kids are hungry.

There were a lot of staffs running around busy selling their foods. All of them are not approachable. You talk to them and they ignore you. There also was a misunderstanding on our order. I was in deep disappointment.

The food is amazing but the customer service is lacking.

The food was good but they misinformed us on the coupon. They said we needed $50 of food when they also added in the gratuity it was more than what should have been.

Quality of food is okay. I think it can be improved. They should also clean the restaurant - it's looking too old and dirty.
