Server very new (2nd day on the job!) and completely UNTRAINED for her job. Worse, when she tried to ask questions from the bartender or manager/owner, they treated her very unprofessionally...wagging their tongues...pushing her away...etc. Also, food was misrepresented on menu (e.g. received Swiss cheese instead of "gruyere," reg greasy fries instead of "thick cut steak fries," and steak sandwich was tough and very fatty/full of gristle). Very bland place, no atmosphere at all. Food was o.k., not great. Onion rings were sogy and swimming in grease. Drinks were very expensive. Server was pleasant, but service was slow which ws odd considering we were the only party in the dining room. Made a error in our bill by taking our restauant.com certificate and processing it, but not deducting the value of the certificate from the bill. 1/17/2013 9:28:00 PM

The food on the website was no longer being offered. It was slow coming out and it was only 1 other couple dining. once we got our food it was greasey, and luke warm. it was over priced and the table was smelley. 12/6/2012 5:27:32 AM

Only problem was cheese tasted a bit old. Otherwise we liked the food. Unfortunately, two of our four dishes had cheese (nachos and quesadilla). maybe we caught JJ's on a bad day, but it was too much of a bar atmospher for our liking. Also, I ordered the Hamburger and it came out dry. My wife's salad was wilted and felt that it was just sitting around until ordered. Very disappointed. 2/29/2012 12:09:24 PM
