It was a disappointment but probably my fault. I assumed it would have the traditional Japanese food but it had stuff like cheese sandwiches, tomato soup, Korean bar b que. Not what I was in the mood for. The chicken soup I had was good but my friend's tomato soup was sour. Really bad

Happy hour is a terrific and edamame is great. Niman Ranch steak is very good, the sushi and California quite disappointing. Bill the bartender is THE BEST!

Menu has changed, and is not as good as it used to be. Service is terrible, because they seemed under-staffed and in a hurry.

Server did not want to accept the Restaurant.com certificate! He said the contract was cancelled in May, so I asked to check with the Manager. Server ended up accepting certificate reluctantly. He did not offer coffee or dessert at the end of the meal.
