This was a great dining experience. I hate to say that. I want to keep this tiny little intimate place all to myself. We started with a Tricolore for $6.00 and then we ordered the $40.00 chef specials, one with beef and one with lamb and both were home runs. We combined these with 2 pasta dishes, one with eggplant and tomatoes and the other with tiny clams, and both offerings were delightful, with wonderful sauces that were light yet flavorful and pasta that melted in your mouth. We paced ourselves properly and ordered desserts,only $7.00 for light, flavorful custards. The bottle of California Pinot Noir 2011 was fairly priced at $50.00 and helped us just meet the $150.00 before tax and tip requirement. I hope that they offer a $75.00 certificate in the future. I will be there to pounce on it if they do. This is an intimate, true family run establishment. There are only 10 tables. The only waitress was the chef's daughter and she was delightful. Only wine is served here. No cocktails. And, surprise, no dessert wine to order by the glass. I suggested that they consider this for next time I visit and I will certainly do so.
