Everything was extraordinary! Great table, wonderful service, the food was delicious! Atmosphere was very nice, attractive, just the best dining experience I've had in several years.

The food was good but the service was lacking. It was a very busy night and our waitress never checked back while we were eating. She also neglected to bring a separate plate she was supposed to get for my husband's meal.

grumpy waiter; no atmosphere; very expensive; food sides not hot and only lukewarm; fish dish basically a piece of dried out salmon

There was no hot rock. Just steaks served on a plate like any other place. My medium filet was well done and my wife's medium sirloin was extremely rare (so much so that they had to re-cook it).
Side orders were served with the wrong steaks.
Only 3 tables were sat so it wasn't like they were busy - or happy to see us.
First time there - looking forward to the hot rock experience they advertise - sadly disappointed with this place. It's a hotel restaurant on the 4th floor of the holiday inn.
If I hadn't bought two certificates for this place - I would not go back.
Hopefully my experience isn't the same as yours - but I wouldn't waste my money here again.
Trappers needs to remember why they are a food service restaurant and most business comes from word of mouth.

This was before Christmas. Food was good except for baked potato, a little raw. They don't put them in enought time to get them done by 5:30.

Food was excellent, great atmosphere. Service was friendly and professional. Much better than anticipated.

food plates were not hot, therefore food cooled off too fast. Vegetables were cool to warm at serving and baked potato not hot either. Rib-eye was excellent as usual but not HOT. Not satisfied with the temperature of the food when served. Had to send my steak back to be warmed up half way through.

Romancing The Stone was the best choice for a dinner entree. It just made the evening more romantic.

We were so very impressed with the atmosphere, the food & our server Mara. It was a perfect Valentines Day dinner for 2. All the staff was extremely helpful & pleasant. We will return & have referred friends.

too expensive for the portions quality of food not matching the price super small shrimp and steak dinner for $34 with so many good restaurants would never go back, would go to Mortons or other fine steak house for just a little more
