They should consider bringing back the Chuncky Chicken Salad. It is a favorite of mine and that of my guests. 5/7/2013 2:08:32 PM

The food and service were very good. The main dining area was not open when we arrived (right at 5pm), so we sat in the bar area. It had tables/booths, which was nice, but a TV was stationed right above us, which was a bit distracting since my wife and I were trying to have a "date night." We arrived between lunch and dinner so the dining room was not open, however we were able to order from the regular menu in the bar which was fine with us. our bartender, Jon was friendly and helpful as was his replacement, Julia.Our food was incredible,, reasonably priced and I took most of my entree home as my friend's was enough to share. 2/23/2013 8:14:36 PM

made reservations earlier in the week. when we got there, the dining room was closed. Did not receive a phone call stating the dining room would be closed. We ate in the bar and the appetizers came out right before our main course. 2/11/2013 11:54:04 AM

The food was decent, but way overpriced. You can get much more quality food in saint Louis for less. The wait staff was nice, but lacked any professionalism, and considering we were the only group in the entire restaurant I was underwhelmed with how ling we had to wait for drinks/food etc. We also had questions about our bill in the end, and the weight staff had totally disappeared. I have been to many restaurants in hotels, and have had decent experiences, but this isn't a separate location, just tables in the lobby...not the best atmosphere. 10/15/2012 4:24:52 AM

My daughter & I always enjoy dining at 400 Olive. The corn clam chowder was tasty, the salad greens were fresh with the best bleu cheese we've ever had - creamy like Brie, and the salmon was delicious. The restaurant was difficult to find (no sign posted, only a menu on the outside of the building), and the food was extremely overpriced ($9 for 1 crabcake). The menu was limited to about 7 entrées and the appetizer list was equally limited. The maitre d' was drenched in cologne, and was rude. Waitress was very slow and was not observant of our needs, the salad was very bland, we tried the vinagerette...I would go with the Caesar, the crab cake was AWESOME AND the garlic chicken was fantastic...we were there at 530 abd we had a show to be at at 7 and our entrees did not come out till 6:40.. So we had to scarf down our food and I hate to rush! But I will go again when I have no other plans afterward. I give it a 4 out of 5 on food and a 2 our of 5 on service! 4/21/2012 11:06:35 PM

We were very impressed by the level of service...everyone from our server to the manager, the gal in the lobby bar, and the valet guy asked us about our experience and showed interest in us.
