Wonderful ALL-NEW restaurant in the Downtown South Bend Doubletree. Wonderful atmosphere...and even BETTER food! The BBQ ribs were great and I love the yukon garlic potatoes! Our server wwas very nice and she kept are soft drinks refilled...at least 3 times for me! TRY THIS PLACE OUT...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I give it 5 stars!

Very good yukon garlic potatoes. Ham in my sandwich could have been more THINLY slice...and NOT stacked 4 slices high. French fries left ALOT to be desired. Steak fries would be MUCH better. Sister enjoyed the burger. Daughter seemed to enjoy the chicken. Waitress was very attentive. Hardly anybody was eating there. The atrium at the Doubletree was recently redone...so the entire restaurant is NEW! More TVs throughout the restaurant would be nice! THE WATER WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! That is not SB city water. What did they do to it?

Service was terrific and the food was quite good. We enjoyed the experience very much. This was a first time visit to evaluate. I eat out two to three times a week. Baker's is now on my revisit list.

We sat and started with a beverage, and ordered the wedge salad, which is more like a whole head... I love wedge salads, it was coated w/ plenty of dressing, blue cheese crumbles, real bacon and looked and tasted wonderful! Fish and chips we split, and fish was tasty, not too greasy with a sem-tasty homemade tarter roumalade-

food was horrible - steak not medium well and tasteless - service was horrible - waitress couldn't even get our drink order correct. Waited for long periods of time for her to come back and check on us. Took forever to get anything and the restaurant was basically empty,

Although there were other table for 2, they sat us next to a huge party and 1 chair was sticking out into the walkway.

The waitress was very pleasant, and offered some food suggestions that we loved. The food was very good, and we had plenty to eat. She also was very good with our coupon.

Food and service was very good. My steak was undercooked but the waitress noticed. Unfortunately it came back a little burnt.

Actually the food was fine. We go there because my husband likes the ribs. I find something to eat. However our waitress was way overworked and the wait for each course/bill, etc. was way too long.

We were told by the staff that this restaurant would soon be closing and certificates are not supposed to be available on restaurant.com any longer. No problem with honoring our though, great meal!

Our server went above and beyond for us. The inside was a little cold and noisy. We wanted to sit outside, but there was technically no service out there. She offered to go out of her way to serve us out there, which was so pleasant. She was fantastic! Why don't you offer outside service when you have such a nice set of outside tables???

VERY limited menu. Only about 5 things to choose from. Maybe expect from a snooty high price restaurant but not this place or atmosphere. Will not be back.
