The fried chicken had a burned taste, my mom says her red snapper fish was hard, we didn't finish the meal. When we spoke to management about the burned chicken he attempted to cancel our to go orders & still tried to charge for the burned chicken which was returned to the kitchen. After I addressed that issue he said it was ok to leave and attempted to return coupon, which I told him wouldn't be necessary. 4/5/2012 5:42:18 PM
