Service was terrible. We needed to talk to a manager in order to get service. Cost of the food and drink is too much. The food wasn't worth the cost. Seating was terrible. We sat at a nice plush couch at first right in front of two big screens but there was a rail that ended up blocking the view of the jumbo screens. We then moved to a different table where we could see a little better but the lay out of the seating is so bad that if there is anyone else around you they will end up blocking your view. There were several confrontations from other customers because of this.

The prices are fairly steep but it was a great experience. Our waitress was attentive and super nice. She gave us a tour and knew the menu well. Unfortunately they do not have an vegetarian main dishes so they cannot get the top rating. Overall, great sports club

The waitress made a comment that she didn't want to waste her time on a table with only 2 people. Took forever to come back. Didn't explain the wing choices and bought the wrong thing. Kept telling us the wrong amount on the bill. Forget items and added them at the end. Disappeared for 15 minutes when paying the bill. The food was tasteless.

First waitress we had was not personable at all. Once management noticed.. We were replaced with a more pleasant waiter.

prices werent that great, service was horrible. atmosphere was cool although. i dont know if i would go back again

Our server was wonderful. I wish I remembered his name to write more good things about him. He showed us the place since we got there pretty early and the restaurant had just opened. He remained attentive throughout our meal and made the evening even better. The hostess and other servers were awesome too.

Enjoyable environment. Awesome place to watch the afternoon NFL playoff game with our 20 year old nephew and friend.

The location was great for watching a game and the food was good however the service was awful. We had to track our waitress down to order more drinks and it took us over 15 minutes to locate her to close our bill and another 5 minutes just to get our bill. In addition, the restaurant has a right to automatically charge you 20% for gratuity. Unfortunately for the service we received, it was definitely not worth it. Sad to say, but the service experience has caused us to never want to go to this establishment again.

It was a cool atmosphere and the dj was live. Though if I had not bought the restaurant certificate, I would not have dined here. The service was not up to par. The waitress did not come check on the table consistently and made mistakes with the order. And being sat so close to entrance, we were freezing in our seats. I could see myself coming back here to have a snack but not a sit down dinner.

An excellent place to enjoy a game cheering on your favorite team with a couple of friends on a multitude of top-quality TVs in conjunction with an incredibly clear and powerful audio system. However, it was LOUD during dinner service when the Knicks played a home game. It truly seemed as if Clyde was at our table swishing & dishing. I would expect it to be similar for any local team's game in the Big 4 sports and other specific sporting events (Pay-Per-View fights, NCAA Tournament, BCS Bowls etc.) This would be an issue for any romantic date as the volume is not conducive to an attempt at any extensive conversation - A DJ was mixing during commercial breaks.

The staff was attentive - wanted to do the price fix but had to reserve by calling the office in advance - manager was very accommodating but could not provide that service - food was great, he provided free dessert for us - will definitely return

The food was delicious. The interior is well designed,modern,elegant.The whole environment is very comfortable, pleasant. While dining, we had an opportunity to watch an exciting soccer game on the big screen which is a plus,too.
