I was there celebrating a friend's birthday and she was fantastic. Well dressed, smiling and a great conversationalist. We had a wonderful time.

This is the first time I've been to a fondue place. I loved the dessert part best! The meal's a bit pricey and portions are small. The food tastes good though, but not something I would crave for.

I live in the far north subs and if this restraurant was out near Gurnee Mills I would be going to this place all the time. This restaurant is certainly a repeat.

This is a very comfortable experience. The pace is not pressured as some others have done, so we were able to sit and enjoy conversation with our party. That said, once we got started, we never waited more than a few minutes for anything we wanted. Oh - and the food is always very good.

The atmosphere is quiet and nice, but they serve salad in small stainless steel mixing bowls, the dishes are mismatched and the portions are small

Our food and service was very enjoyable - no complaints there. However, we did order a bottle of wine (suggested by the mgr.), but when we finished it, there was an unacceptably HUGE amount of sediment in the bottom of our glasses. Honestly, it looked like sludge. When we complained, the only thing the manager had to say (via the server - didn't even come back to our table herself...) was, "hmmm... I had a bottle just last night & it was fine." No offer to make things right in any way. This lone action will keep us from returning and we do not recommend for others either.

Been going here for years, love the atmosphere and cant beat the quality of food for the price. Easily beats out the large chain fondue places.

I wish there was another oil choice other than soybean. The veggie broth never boiled so it took forever to cook in.

This gem has been around for a long time but it is always a wonderful experience, different than the regular restaurant- food is always good and it's just fun.

Our server was not very personable ans our bill did not have an individual break down on it and appeared to add up to more than it should of. Unfortunately with out a break down you can't figure it out one way or another. Our experience the last time we were there was much better!

Very low quality shrimp and scallops, this place can't hold a candle to Chicago's quality fondue restaurants.

They need to turn on their fans to get smell of oil out of restaurant more often.

Great food and a wonderful experience. It's a little pricey though, so this is definitely a treat for special occations.
