I'm a big fan of intimate, quiet, classy places and this is one of them. I can say this has now become my favorite dinner spot in the Seattle area. The flavors were well blended, wine list - well-cultivated and Rocky's service was exceptional. Fantastic on all accounts.

We were late and in a rush since we only had 45 minutes before we would have to leave. The staff accommodated us perfectly, and we didn't even feel rushed in the end. And the food was top rate as always.

Be prepared for less food than at a regular restaurants but more tasteful bites. So savor each by eating slowly!

The food was creative and delicious and beautifully presented. And they serve killer bread by Columbia Bakery.

We've always had excellent food here. The soup tonight (parsnip) was wonderful.

The dish, Swordfish, was excellent and came out perfectly cooked (rare). However the plates were so hot that the fish quickly cooked to medium, so warm but not hot plates would be preferred. Also I would encourage you to always have some sort of simple field greens salad on the menu.

amazing food and fantastic service

Food was very good (w/ the usual restaurant caveat of a bit much salt), service was very good, atmosphere was perfect (it's a small, quiet space with a very intimate, warm feel to it, which we loved). We will almost certainly be back.

The food was excellent! Loved the rabbit and the scallops. Our waiter was extremely helpful in assisting us to find the perfect red wine per our specifications. Loved the evening.

Everything but the food was fair, but at a restaurant FOOD is the most important thing. The plates looked bare, no garnish, quail egg over foie grais was over cooked, the salmon terrine was overwhelmed with smoked salmon (nothing TERRINE about it more like bad tuna salad) with nothing else to contrast the flavor (like capers, onions etc)huge heap on one little crustini, not really a terrine at all. The salmon with lentils was a hot mess! approx 3oz of dry overcooked salmon on a bed of gray lentils. YUK & UGH!

Our server was friendly and attentive, the food was really good--especially the chicken. The pastry chef sent us a complimentary taste of a fantastic dessert (some sort of chocolate confection topped with olive oil ice cream). That little treat at the end really was an excellent end to a good experience. One area of improvement: while the chicken was so moist and flavorful, the pork chop special was quite a bit dry and I've had better).
