Mike was our server and he did an exceptional job. He was very friendly and kept checking back on throughout the meal to make sure we didn't need anything. The food was good as well.

The restaurant wasn't open yet when we arrived but they sat us and arranged to open early for us. That definitely was a plus.

Both service and food are outstanding. This has got to the biggest secret in the area. Would go back in a heartbeat. Congrats to Eastside Blvd.

The food was great but more importantly the service was superb. My daughter just graduated from high school and I called and asked if we got there at 9:30 pm would that be ok. Not only were they accommodating but they had a table set up for us in the back of the restaurant. Our server ,I think his name was Jack, couldn't have been nicer. Sometimes when you use a coupon the server seems irritated. This was not the case at all. As a matter of fact we are considering having my son's rehearsal dinner there next year because of the service.

Very quiet atmosphere. Very attentive waiter.
Delicious food. The three of us ordered the
special of the day. Each of us had the steak
cooked to a different degree of doneness,
and all was cooked perfect. We were very
pleased with the dinner.

We have used restaurant.com for Eastside Blvd 4x now. Overall, we love it - the food is excellent all around - delicious and great quality. We like the atmosphere and recommend ESB to our friends and family. This time around, our service was not as stellar - or even acceptable - as in the past. This dinner for 12 of us was a reunion of sorts and we wanted the pace to be a little more slow and controlled. Our server, Sam, seemed in a hurry and some of her comments to us were not professional and embarrassing, even as far as to say, "I'm going to take your drink order now because I need to keep this moving" when we had only been there 25min, it was 6:30, our guests were still coming in and saying hellos to each other, and the restaurant was NOT busy at all. When we asked questions about items on the menu, she could not answer specifics about them, and she did not offer to find out for us...we had to ask. We had to leave our table to find her/her assistant to ask for our drinks to be replenished, were overcharged for several items and felt rushed to leave when the restaurant was still open for another 1 & 1/2 hrs. I had planned this outing for the 12 of us who were together and had not seem each other in a long time and felt disappointed and embarrassed by the service for my fellow friends/family. Although we will come back to ESB again, this experience has left a little bit of a red flag on it.

We have come to Eastside Boulevard many times but we were displeased this time. I tried calling several times beforehand to find out what the specials were but there was no answer. When we arrived, we had to stand and wait for about 10 minutes before anyone came to greet us and take us to our table. We noticed that the menu had changed from the last time we dinned there. Usually the food is very good but this time the pasta we got was very bland and my chicken was completely burnt. I had to use a significant amount of salt and pepper to flavor my meal. Not sure if they got a new chef but we were very dissatisfied.

There were lots of choices on the menu. All our food was very good with generous amounts. The server was attentive.

I ate the spicey chicken alfredo. It was amazing. I also took an order to eat for dinner! The service by Ron was perfect as always.

Server was new and inexperienced but very nice and honest. They would do well to school their servers better on menu basics. Salsds, entrees and sides were all excellent (first rate!) but the dessert was VERY mediocre (brownie ala mode seemed like little debbie stuff). Otherwise a great meal!

The food wasn't as superb as we've had in the past. The veggies were overcooked, and the risotto lacked flavor. The service was also fairly slow, albeit pleasant.
We hope the restaurant offers us a better experience next time.

Server was friendly and accomodating, however, she was new and seemed to be still learning which caused a slight delay. She was the only server working in the dining room. Overall, our experience was satisfactory.
