We were not prepared for the "hotel" experience ie: no greeter, no person to seat us,after we got the attention of the staff, however, the service (and server-Sasha) was excellent. 4/27/2012 11:47:24 PM

I feel their website poorly represents the restaurant. It is in the lobby of the hotel, there are no prices on their website, and I feel a little mis-led....it was more of a hotel lounge, and was quite pricey for the quality of the food. The service was great once we were seated. It was uncomfortable when we first walked in as no one was there to greet us. We waited a while and finally my husband went to the bar to see if we could be seated. A lady who was quite rude said wait over there. Once we were seated we never saw her again. The waiter was great and so was the food but a hostess is needed to welcome customers. Normally we would have walked out but my sons girlfriend wanted to stay. 10/28/2011 10:24:03 PM

First of all the greeting was horrible, which is our main complaint. My fiance and I stood at the entrance for a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. We did see a waiter helping a large nearby table but never once did he look up and state that he would help us soon. Once another waiter acknowledged us (not even the one that was serving the table closest to us) the rest of the dining experience was average. Our waiter was nice and accomodating. When I found out that this was a restaurant inside a hotel, my heart sank. Hotel restaurants are notorious for bland food and that was the opposite of what I wanted. Well, I was extraordinarily surprised by the flavorful and yes even a bit spicy, delicious food. 8/15/2011 5:32:59 PM
