This restaurant needs to get its act together...we ordered our food @ 8:15pm and didn't get our dinners until 9:45 pm. The waitress was very nice and ,but was totally confused about our orders etc. The "manager" was trying to appease us with a "free" drink and desserts, but he also seemed to be confused about why we weren't getting our food. When the food finally came, it was COLD ! I think he would have liked us to leave and not deal with us anymore, but we wanted to stay for the show.

Stonewater was understaffed. Service was slow. Food was cold.

I had the steak sandwich, which was very good except the Ciabetta bread, which is made to be toasted or grilled crispy, should have been ...hot meat on cold bread not a good idea. Homemade chips were fabulous!

Waited over 1 hour, 15 minutes for our lunches to arrive, and some even longer. The food was average at best. One of the burgers had a 3x3 inch piece of waxed paper in the middle of the sandwich--unfortunaltely it happened to be the host of our party. (Stonewater did remove that sandwich from our bill). All in all it was a very disappointing Christmas lunch for our Company.

We were the only customers in there. We had to wait to be seated. No one greeted us.
We had to ask form menus. The service was VERY slow. The food was not very good. The waitress never asked us if we would like coffee after out meal. All in all not a good time.

I had tuna salad on dry bread with cold cheese and cold bacon.We were seated at a broken table (6 of us were the only diners) near a door where bar customers exited to and from outside. It was cold and drafty.

Slow service and waitress never came to the table to give us an idea when our food would come. Also, the cost was way too much for the food that was received by some at the table.

Started out slow, no waitress for us. All got worked out in due time. She was good. Employees seemed to pitch in.
