They forgot to bring us our salads and bread. Our drinks were not refilled until we asked. the food was very good so I'll order take out but will not eat there.

They treat everybody like they are family. Been going to Mama Jennie's for over 30 years and it's a great experience.

it's good but the food rations are too small for the price. The soup doesn't taste nice at all but the bread was good.
They have the best pasta dishes but like i said the food rations are small for the price

The server forgot to refill our drinks and when she finally got around to it we were done with our meals. The restaurant was nearly empty so not sure why it took so long. Since we used a voucher the original bill she gave us didn't match what she charged my credit card so she had to bring us a new receipt which showed the total including tip. She should have brought that from the start.

The experience was a bitter/sweet moment at first. The seafood Lasagna that we have been yearning for for the past month was no longer available on the menu, but our waitress Marge worked EVERYTHING out. Not only did she substitute it with a dish thats now our 2nd favorite, but the cook was made aware and advised us that if we called ahead they would prepare the dish for us! Thats customer service, if nothing else. The family atmosphere, the GREAT food, the quality and quantity of food for the price makes this spot a WINNER! I'm glad I came all the way from Atlanta to enjoy this restaurant again, and I will definitely do it again! Thanks again to Marge and Senni.
