I didn't like smoking on the patio and even one of the employees appeared to be a chain smoker. My fiance' think it was the manager or one of the owners, however I find that hard to believe since I had never seen him there before. The service was very good and the food was better that we have ever had it there. It was quiet and not many patrons there so we wondered did the chief put more attention to food preparation. It is overall good anyway. A little too pricey for family dining, too small for large crowds but good for 4-5 couples. 5/2/2013 10:18:12 AM

Our server was fantastic, but he was a bit overwhelmed at the end. Again, he was one of the best servers I have ever had, so I don't know that it was his fault. He had to make his own drinks... 3/24/2013 2:29:19 PM

1. Our waiter was also the bartender. We were his only table on the dining floor. Therefore he paid far more attention the the bar customers than our table. 2. The Restaurant.com deal says I could use the coupon from my cell phone (paperless). The restaurant acted as if they did not want to accept the coupon. 3. We waited up to a 30-minute period for the waiter to tend to our table. There were extremely long periods of time between his check ins on us. 4. Bodega did accept our coupon, BUT lied and said Restaurant.com includes an automatic 18% gratuity to our check. This was not true and stated NOWHERE in the terms. After the coupon, our bill was about $65 and the waiter added an additional $18 for the "imaginery" 18% gratuity. By the way, 18% of $65 IS NOT $18. I felt the Bodega did not want to honor our coupon and then created this 18% policy to recoup the costs lost using the coupon. 1/21/2013 9:22:54 AM
