The server didn't come to speak with us until our meal was more than half was completed. The salad bar was lacking variety and quality. There were about 10 salad dressing bottles, 8 of which were completely empty. Our water was refilled both times with no ice and room temp. water. There were crumbs on our seats when we sat down and all over the floor. We waited for approx. 15 minutes for our server to come check on us and bring a bill. She never came back and we had to walk to the front to ask for our bill. This is a place we will never return to or even suggest our friends go to. we went after the main dinner rush- but still 2 hours before they close. service was insanely slow for a Brazilian steak house. - all the cold food was luke warm, all the hot food bar was luke warm. Servers came around every 10-15 mins with meat selections, mostly sausages. Ribs and chicken were comically overcooked. - Steak was excellent however - but we were only offered it once.
