Too many staff for the amount of service actually provided... my drink was never full, but there was staff everywhere just standing around.

The service was absolutely terrible both time I dined there. From the management to the servers.

Ate the breakfast buffet which was $13.95 per person. And half of the food items were cold.

The service at Shearton Bar & Grill was horrible! The manager had me to sit at a dirty table and when I asked to have the table cleaned, she offered to seat me at a different table. The lounge was very empty and the food was bad as well. I will NEVER visit this restaurant ever again and this was the worst meal as well as expensive that I have ever experienced!!!
