We were in town on vacation and visited Osaka Japanese Cuisine on night quite late, as we were returning from Hoover Dam. The waitress was extremely helpful, as we were unfamiliar with the restraurant. The food was fabulous and the service great. Thanks for making our trip memorable 4/15/2013 8:48:15 AM

The shrimp were obviously frozen. They didn't have any tuna. The mushrooms had definitely just been thawed out. The service was bad. I am sad to see this once nice restaurant starting to cut corners. 4/12/2013 4:19:55 PM

Our server, although not Japanese, has good knowledge of the food in the menu, and that's a plus to me as I have been to a lot of Japanese restaurants in the San Francisco area. 1/30/2013 6:13:28 PM

The food was great! The service was a bit slow and we wanted all the food to come out at the same time and it didnt. Most people were done with their meal before another person got theirs. Partly due to some only ordering appetizers. Food was delicious however. 1/30/2013 5:50:09 PM

Although the coupon did not specify "one voucher per table", we we told that we couldn't use more than one voucher per table unless we ordered $50 per voucher used instead of the $45 stipulated on the voucher. That means we ended up paying $15 for $25 of food instead of just the $10 that we paid for the voucher online. The only good thing about the restaurant was our waitress was nice and professional. We had to send the Sukiyaki dish back due to poor taste and texture of the food. If you order the fried rice, request that they add garlic and butter to the dish and it comes out tastier. I was unhappy to find out after ordering items from he happy hour menu and then more from the regular menu. My gift card was only good towards regular menu items. After getting up to a $75 tab to not be able to apply my $25 gift card to my bill. Kinda bummed the use of the card. 1/30/2013 4:26:07 AM
