The gift certificate we purchased mentions that the certificate cannot be applied towards lunch buffet (there is no mention fo restriction towards dinner buffet). We went for dinner and had the buffet they said it cannot be applied towards dinner buffet. The lady who runs the store has no idea what customer service or being polite is. So we could not use the certificate teh firt time. The second time we went just to use the certificate. Guess what the restaurant decided to cancel la carte menu without any notice because they were short staffed. They refused to honor the certificate although we said we exclusively came to use it and we should not be penalized for the restaurant not offering a la carte menu. We could not use the certificate teh second time. The third time we went, we used teh certificate and the food quality was bad. For Poori they just fried store made tortilla. Having come from India, I can say the quality of food is terrible and not made from scratch. And I paid $12 for store bought fried tortilla....which I could have just done at home instead. I would expect a restaurant to make authentic food instead of cheap cost cutting short cuts. Finally used the certificate and will never go there again!

We arrived from Busch Gardens 15-20 mins. before 10 pm and they refused to have us sit at a table but after some inssistence agreed to give us the food for take out. We asked specifically for mild spices but to our dissapointment discovered that they were so hot we barely managed to touch them; The kids ended up eating the bread only. After all these we also had to pay 18% gratuity. We'd never go there again.

Horrible and rude service, cold food, unnecessary charges, they did not deserve 18% gratuity.

They did not ask our preference for hotness of the food and it was very hot....hard to eat.
