food was great, better than I remembered. The last time we went I was a little disappointed but this time the restauranted redeemed itself. The food was excellent this time around.

Service continues to be painfully slow. The food is delicious, but there is no reason for a 45 minute interval between ordering and eating.

This is the second time in a row our Holleman's experience has been subpar.
It took an hour to receive our food, with no refill on bread and poor attention by the server.
So disappointing.
