The guy who took our order and processed the coupon had no idea how to do it. It took him about 15 min. to figure it out.

Chicken salad tasted very store bought and had really no taste and the soup tasted like it was out of a can as well. I've had much better food at home. Very unorganized, had to go back to front 2x to ask for a drink they left off order and the man at the cash register said he didn't hear the second part of my order and it was left off.

They were understaffed on the day we went and it took a long time to order and to get our meal. The 18% tip added on was too much for the type of service you get(ordering at the front instead of at a table)

Staff provided free cups of fruit for our two small children when we came in, they were so nice. The chili is delicious.
