Nothing to do with the food. Advised waitress of coupon before ordering; she forgot and ran charge without it. Mgr. said couldn't change charge - we'd have to come back another time. We complained and they ran a second charge...asked for our credit slip: they said it had been shredded: we said we wouldn't leave without it. We were given a few wet pieces of a torn slip and couldn't tell what was on it. So far, only first charge shows on our account - the one they said had not gone thru. Filed dispute with credit card company. On top of this, charged l8%+ tip, claimed mandatory. Nothing like that on coupon. 11/28/2012 5:51:04 AM

The certificate does not indicate that two beverages must be purchased. Our server indicated that in order to use the certificate we must purcahse two beverages. Needs to be stipulated on certificate so customer knows the requirements are ligimite. 10/13/2012 4:45:01 AM

Very disappointed. The place wasn't very busy and the service was terrible. The bill was incorrect, (charged too much)and had to have the manager correct the bill. Food was not that great either. Can get better service & value elsewhere in Metro Detroit. 4/10/2012 9:45:20 AM

Jon's Goodtime Bar and grill is a great place to eat. The service is always friendly. The BEST fried fish around. They also have smelt that is not all batter,cooked like I grew up eating at home Coupon or not a great place to eat. 4/5/2012 2:28:42 PM
