I had a wonderful time while I was visiting from New York with my best friends. One of the owners came over to make sure our dining experience was superb. The food was great and the service was outstanding. We dined in and other local customers were talking to us about how much they loved the food. Food was good. Restaurant was not at all what I expected. I left a tip based on the total but when I looked at my bill again when I got home, it appears that the tip had already been added to the amount my restaurant.com certificate took off. had the ribs and chicken plate with rice and greens. Everything was flavorful, just enough spice and the staff was not only friendly but very informative of how the food is prepared and what to expect. plus they made me feel at home while i was waiting on the rest of my party. 1/20/2013 5:51:07 PM

The atmosphere in the dining facility was good. The dining room is smaller but nice. The food was outstanding. I had one issue with the Bill and I had to call the restaurant back about and I am not sure if it’s cleared up or not. My certificate was for $25 off of a $45 meal. My bill was $49.90 and when the card was ran it was ran for $33. I asked the server if he had taken the tip out already and he said “no”. I added an additional $8 to the credit slip and left the restraint. When I got down the street I thought the charges seem incorrect – it should have been $49.90 – $25 =$~$24 if he added a tip of $9 then it would be $33. I I had manually added another $8 making the new total $40 on the card slip. I called and he did the math quickly for my meal and said he had made a mistake. I asked him to scratch out the extra $8 because I did not want to leave a $17 tip – he said he would. I must now watch my on line card balance to make sure he did not over charge me. The customer service was great! The atmosphere was layed back and close knit. The Seating area is small but there is seating out on the patio for nicer days. The flavors were awesome and the herbs and spices used were unique. 11/15/2012 5:20:03 AM

This restaurant had poor quality food and service. We were told they were out of certain dishes on their already small menu so we ordered what was available. When we were finally served our dishes it was warm amd not hot and it was brought out one dish every ten minutes. Needless to say we didn't eat together. My daughters mac and cheese was dry. Oh and my dish was forgotten completely so I was not able to eat. They refused to take the mac and cheese off the bill and we spent $59 even after presenting our $25 certificate. The food was horrendous. Obviously microwave warmed- meat was not up to par for eating eligibility. Food sat out in the open not under a warmer while we waited. 11/6/2012 4:08:09 AM
