It was rather quiet when we arrived, and stayed that way throughout our lunch. So, either it was just a quiet Wednesday, or people just aren't eating lunch there. The prices were VERY reasonable given the downtown location.

Waiters/owners were incredibly rude about taking the restaurant.com offer, the food was over priced and not special in any way, the restaurant was dingy and dark, and no one wants forced, awkward chatter with the owner or to hear your waitress teenager practicing her flute.

I am so glad to have the opportunity to send you the feedback for the service! It is a very bad dining experience for visited to Red Coach Restaurant yesterday. It appears that the waitress does not welcome the customer to use Restaurant.com‘s certificate. She is not respects to the customer when I show her the certificate! The cashier insists me to pay more than 18% tips from the original bill. I am usually to pay the tips based on the service (I am a good people and pay at least 18% tips from the bill). I don’t feel comfortable for being asked to pay certain amount of tips!! I never ever had it bad situation before, they make me feel very embarrassing and not appreciated our business in front of my two guest!!
Being a member of Restaurant.com, I really enjoy using it. However, I don’t feel comfortable to pay extra cost if the waitress does not deserved; I am willing to pay the tips if for the waitress if she is provided professional service. She even took the wrong order on one of our orders and just came back to check our table once. Please understand the good customer service and caring attitude is very important way to maintain the good business and keep your customers satisfied.
It would be appreciated if your restaurant partners will improve their service in the future.

It kind of felt sad in there. It was rather messy, and although the food is good, it's not really worth the full price.

As a Portland native, I've been going there forever; my Mom is a native too, and has gone there since before I was born; always a great spot for a burger!
