Hard to find a bad restaurant in Winter Park and Pannulo's is great - nice location, good seating indoors or out, and great food.

Went there for my Father's birthday - took him and my mother out with my wife. My wife had passed Pannullo's by several times and wanted to try it, so we did, and we didn't regret it. Some of the best food I've had in a long time.

For a large party, the service was excellent! We never had to wait for drinks, staff was very accommodating & attentive, positive & friendly! Excellent!

Food and atmosphere were great. One issue though was we arrived during the lunch menu and told our waitress we would order from it. She arrived to take our order and then informed us that it was past the lunch menu time. If she had come back on time we would have saved some money!!!

The best Chicken Marsala and the eggplant pasta was great! Our server was very informative and knew the menu well.

We are long-term guests at this restaurant but will never return after the owner yelled at us and publicly embarrassed us. All over a gluten-free meal which was recommended by the chef as needing no special preparation, but came out inedible. So it was returned to the kitchen. He yelled about being "out 3 meals" because one was sent back, the replacement entree was boxed up like a "to go" order (it was ravioli for my husband who isn't gluten-free; I didn't want them to redo my dish once I found out that it was inedible because it had required a recipe change after all(!)and more ravioli was an option our server offered), and because we used the Restaurant.com certificate. (I still paid for my salad and vegetables.) Yelled that in the future all special orders could not be returned--but I chose my entree BECAUSE the chef said it required no recipe change and didn't order the entree I wanted because I was told it wouldn't turn out if the chicken wasn't coated with flour. But the owner didn't care about any of that, and stalked off, then stood across the room glaring at us for the rest of the night. I tried to cancel the replacement order, and offered to pay for my husband's meal, drink and my sides, not use the Restaurant.com certificate, but our server insisted we get it and use our certificate. She encouraged us to come back again, but quite frankly we could never risk exposure to the attitude and temper of that owner! They have also lost our friends and family as customers. All for an $18 entree sent back to the kitchen because it was dreadfully overcooked.!

Wait or took a long time to bring bread and drinks, steak was tough and a little burnt. At the end we spilt checks, both tipping, 15-20% and as we were walking out he snipped while walking to another table "learn how to tip" , I thought it was so so rude and disrespectful, especially for such a nice restaurant on park ave. my husband was in the rest room and i am sure he would not have said that had he been wuth me, i believe his name was max. I have been coming here since the restaurant first opened more than 15 years ago, and after that I do not know if we will be returning. Even if you are not satisfied with the tip left for you, (even though it was at least 15% from both checks) you do not act in such an inappropriate unprofessional manner.

More than normal waiting between ordering drinks and getting the meal. Our certificate was for 310.

Restaurant can not handle demands when it is at capacity (weekend evening ). The sauce request came after the bread was served. We waited a while for long time for our appetizer. Entree was served At the same time as appetizer. Salads came after entree. One of the entrees was ready to serve towards the end of the meal. Coordination and communication among the employees (cooks, servers, waiters) very poor. Waiter appears to be under a lot of pressure and stress-but he was sincere and very apologetic. We understand it was not his fault. We could see that he was always looking our way checking on us. Very chaotic, crowded, and very frustrating. I would not ever consider going on the weekend again, especially when hungry-looking for an enjoyable meal and with family from out of town. Food was really good though. But still would not go there on the weekend again.
