Besides fantastic food and service, the restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere. The three levels offer a differnt type of atmosphere depending on what people want (music, quiet and in-between). Love the weekend half price appetizers at the bar. Great way to try out the food and see the restaurant. Love the bar - again great atmosphere! Can't say enough.

We LOVE the Bistro, but they really fell short on our last visit. We stopped apps at the bar during Happy Hour and after ordering the bartenders didn't even approach us for 30 minutes which is when I was finally able to stop one to ask where our food was. There were only about 3 couples at the bar so it was far from busy.
To top it off our waiter kept forgetting about us too - it was like we were invisible! The food wasn't even on par with their norm so it was very frustrating. We're hoping this was a one time flub and not a trend because this is our favorite place to go for date night.

I read some on-line reviews and we were minutes away from cancelling our reservation and going elsewhere. Not so great reviews on service and food. Our experience proved those reviews wrong. Our waitress, Christine, was on the spot and very friendly. Our water and bread was always refilled and our food was delicious. The jazz band was great. We were prepared for the worse and are still talking about how wrong some reviews can be. We will definitely be back.

We were seated directly in front of the band, just as they were starting. It was extremely loud, but about tolerable.

Bistro was very very quant I really enjoyed the atmosphere there a very nice place to go and enjoy an evening out. Very clean!

We love the atmosphere and the fantastic food. The music was great - especially the Andy Calabrese Trio. It is nice to be able to enjoy a nice dinner and not be rushed while we listen to the music. Thanks for offering the Restaurant.com certificates!

My partner was not wild about his dinner--french onion soup had very little broth (it was mostly absorbed by the croutons and onions) and he prefers sauce over his pasta rather than mixed in with pasta.

We had drinks and appetizers at the bar first. The drinks and food choices were excellent and tasted excellent. Especially loved the califlower; neverhad it before or even seen it on a menu. The drinks were excellent and loved the atmosphere. Dinner was the same, excellent. The waiter was knowledgeable, efficent and very pleasant. Love the atmosphere. We normally sit in the lower room as it's a litle more quiet than upstairs. Nice to have a choice. Overall, extremely satisfied and will be back. We use the Restaurant.com coupons and really like having them available. I can see why they sell out so quickly!

we had checked out the menu on line so we were aware of prices ( expensive)and made our selections accordingly. The biggest disappointment was the chicken/pecan dish which was basically a deep fried chicken filet with pecan goo on top. not at all the quality of what was expected for the restaurant and for the money spent. We chose Bistro 135 for a birthday dinner and music but will not be returning. We try to support local businesses and try different places when we can, and were disappointed.

We love the atmosphere both in the bar and dining areas and the music is a great addition. The food is consistently excellent.

Expensive, but great food! I don't think I would go and spend full price. I really enjoyed the live music, the Swooners were excellent!

Music was good but too loud for a quality restaurant where you are out with your wife for a special dinner. Not easy to converse when everyone is speaking louder just to be heard.

The food took a long time to come out and our server was not very helpful as she never stopped to ask how we were doing or if we needed re-fills on drinks.

The service was rather lackluster. The jazz music was enjoyable but too loud to enjoy conversation. The food was overpriced and not very good.

Try the Manchurian Cauliflower appetizer - it was incredible! Our entrees were cooked perfectly and our server (Ben) was the best we have ever had at Bistro (4th trip for us)!
