As usual the service was excellent. Our waitress Christina was very polite, cheerful and very helpful. She attended to us like we were royalty. Food was excellent. New server even impressed our guest from Germany! Very attentive and polite. We've always had excellent food at the restaurant however this trip we'd have to lower it to good as the steak in my fajitas and the steak in my husband's combo plate was a little too salty for our tastes. the food was sub par . the waitress didn't know much about the entrees. when we asked for certain menu items we were told they didn't ' have pork in at the moment' , or when I ordered a special drink it looked nothing like the picture, it came in a regular drinking glass! the steak was tough , not tender at all. 3/11/2013 2:01:32 PM

It was my first time going to Jalisco. I did not know what there specialty was when I asked the server said everything in the menu. After she took our order she did not bother to come back and ask if we wanted more drinks . She only came back when the food arrived. When she set our plates she left without asking if we needed anything else. My daughter and son had asked for more chips and she ignored them. When we had finished with out meal it took more than ten minutes to get there attention to give us our check. After my daughter was paying the server had charges 18% tip. My daughter asked why she was charged 18% and the lady said it said in the coupon. When asked if we can see the coupon it did not say 18%. When the lady noticed it did not say it instead of giving us back our refund she showed my daughter other coupons that were used and started arguing with her. Had to find alternate waitress to get our sodas. Food selection for buffet was minimal and not very hot. Prices to high for food/service. Had automatic gratuity for only two people. Also had additional tip automatically added in. 1/30/2013 10:03:20 PM
