They extremely busy for a Friday mid morning. I understand it was Mother's Day in Mexico which brought alot of familis in for celebration. Add some more cooks for the rush.

I have never experienced such bad customer service
In such a long time. I literally had to look for the waitress who was attending us and had to ask for my check at the front cause I couldn't find her.

My son and i sat at the breakfast bar and it took awhile for anyone to help us. Yes, they were busy but there were only three people total sitting there. It took 20 minutes for them to take our order. They were very nice, moving fast, but disorganized. The only good thing about this place was the pancakes. Hashbrowns were greasy, coffee cup was gross and milk looked like it has been sitting on counter all morning. We went in at noon. I did forget my wallet and they let me run home and get my money and that was nice.

service was a bit slow, but food delicious worth waiting
I've gone to your restaurant for many years and would like to see you use 10 steps of service. overall food still Great!

Overall was absolutely awesome! Great portion sizes, quality was great, price was very affordable for what you get, a definitely must for a someone wanting a great home style meal or a family on a budget with kids. The service was great, even the bus boy hearing my convo about prob needing a to-go box went to grab one for me. Just an absolute great experience. If you are a pompous arrogant snooty type of person who needs caviar and valet parking, go somewhere else where you can get the overly excessive pampering you think you deserve. These are good old fashioned hard working people and happy guests. Everyone is very respectful and ages ranged from the very young to the elderly. I recommend it and will be a regular from here on out. Imagine it like a Denny's or Ihop but the serving sizes approximately double, and again, with that good old fashion home taste. Definitely not a chain (denny's or ihop) mass produced meal. I literally left VERY satisfied with the service, the people, the surroundings, and LOVE the location. About 3-4miles form my house. See you guys every Saturday and Sunday!!! Since I get out of work after 5pm-7:30pm they are typically closed unfortunately. But that's ok, I understand the costs of overhead and such. Still an A+ in my book! I love this place!

I have special food restrictions and the waitress took down my instructions perfectly, i didn't have to send my food back.

I'm a return customer but this time service was below average. Our waitress was not very attentive and repeatedly forgot requests.

Service was terrible, waited for server to come back, finally asked for another server. First server came back stated she was really busy and could not help us? really? Had a $10 certificate and gave 18% grat for horrible service.. never again not worth using a certificate in a place that has such employees who tell customers I got busy with other tables! Would not recomment anyone to this place!

the service was slow - ive been there when the line is out the door and had quicker service then i did this time - the resturant itself was kind of slow, so i would have expected quick serrvice - we waited for 15 mins before our order was taken. our food was cold or undercooked and dry :( - the ONLY reason the server got a good tip was because the coupon we used - i informed the manager and all he said was "OH i wish you would have said something before i cashed you out" i live within a couple mins and we do go in before or after church - unfortually we have decided we will probably go back to the orginal one in Chula Vista....

My friend and I love the chipotle omelet and the california omelet. We think that the omelet at Aunt Emma is the best in town. They just cannot be beat. We also enjoy the freshly-brewed Farmer Bros. coffee.
