I have enjoyed eating at Mona Lisa's once or twice a month since I discovered it 2 years ago from friends who took us there. The gelato and Italian pastries need to be part of the dinner experience or can be the reason to go to Mona Lisas. The patio is a great place on summer evenings! Although the food was very good, more than ample portions and reasonable price, the wait for the food was inexcusable. Our server told us on three occasions that our food was coming right away. This is a phenominal restaurant. My wife and I came once then brought her parents when they were visiting from Utica NY. Utica NY is predominantly Italian and my in-laws loved it. We've been going there since it opened. Only for dessert, coffee & Gelato. Never had dinner there till we saw it on the internet. Delicious!We'll definitely eat there again! One issue-the table was very small to enjoy a meal and spread out-it felt somewhat cramped. 3/5/2012 3:49:20 PM
