Atmosphere was excellent, waitress, Tricia, was excellent,,However, the portion were small and most of us were eating more bread after dinner was complete.

The menu was printed so small that you could not read it. Selections were limited. Food was nothing but bland. Should have known that something was amiss since it was a Saturday night game night in Detroit and the restaurant was half empty. Seems like other are voting with their feet. Too bad since historically the restaurant has been exceptionally good. I am not inclined to return until the food has a make-over.

Service not the best. Prices way to high for the service. Table not cleared and cleaned between servings. Felt like we were in a neighborhood lower priced hamburger/sandwich kind of place.

We stay at the hotel a night or two every other month and love both 24 Grille and Motor upstairs.

We got there a few minutes before they opened at 4pm. I would have gave them an excellent if they opened their doors at 4pm. Another group walked in at 4:01 and we followed. No problem getting sitted but I don't think they were ready for anyone at 4pm. I took time to get the bread.

The atmosphere is nice but the menu they advertise and the menu they have is not the same. Everything I ordered was either not available anymore or they didn't have in stock. WOW! Why is it on the menu? The food was 2.5 out of 5

2 of the guests asked for their burgers to be cooked well done and bother had more pink than anything, almost rare

The menu is small, the service was average. The food was nothing to brag about. The atmospher was decent considering a gang fight broke out inside and continued outside the restaurant for the next hour while we ate. Because of this the waitress seemed scattered. Mostly likely never go back.

Our waitress was very pleasant and personable and I want to make that clear. Service was good after she appeared. For some unknown reason, however, we sat about 12-14 minutes before she appeared. Food was actually more than good, but closer to good than excellent. I definitely appreciate the kitchen's flair - I've dined in many of the world's finest restaurants. The food is good and especially good for a hotel, but the value is lacking too greatly. Entree prices are easily 10% too high. $26 for a 2 piece chicken dish should, at least, easily deserve more generous sides. At neighboring Roast I get consistently superb service and food - more money, but also better value.
