I was there for brunch and enjoyed the ambience, but did not find the food to be anything special. Be advised, the hash browns are not browned! Omelets are available made with Egg Beaters or just egg whites, which may be a plus for some.

The Chelsea Grill used to be a very fine restaurant. They have gone to a much more casual style. There were not many diners there when we ate which may be indicative that they are not competitive with other restaurants in the area. The food was good but not great and the service erratic (new waiter).

Went to Sunday buffet - food was cold even though we got there shortly after they opened. It was just ok. Had a 5 yr old with us & they charged $8.95 for 2 tiny pancakes & a couple pieces of bacon (menu said $7.95 and that was including eggs, hash browns, etc that we did not want). Was unwilling to work with us on accomodating child. Will not go back.

We're in a lot. Waitstaff recognize us and are always great. Great blue cheese burger!

Our server was absolutely awful. I learned Parker's name from our bill, not because he introduced himself. We had three different people bring out our food. Parker was inattentive--to the extent of when he brought our food to the table, and we did not have silverware, I waited for five minutes before getting up and finding silverware myself. I asked to speak to a manager at which point the manager apparently walked by our table without stopping. When I paid the bill, and asked Parker if I could speak to the manager, he gave me teenage attitude and claimed he had sent her out. It was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I have had dining out. I will never return to the Chelsea Grill because of this service. My boyfriend and I have both been servers for many years and we could not fathom treating a table, especially at an establishment such as the Chelsea Grill, in such a manner.

The service was slow and minimally responsive. Waited 15 minutes for water. Food came without silverware. Waited another 10 minutes for silverware. Food was cold.

Arrived at 9:05 because the restaurant closed at 10:00 and was hurried to order because the kitchen was about to close at 9:15. Not a great experience feeling rushed when dining out, I think that defeats the purpose. Will not return.

My dinner, seafood enchilladas was horrible. They drowned it in sauce so that everything was mush. I can live with most food I order and don't complain...this was beyond edible.

Food was just average & didn't match description of the menu where asked the wait about it we never heard a response. also had to ask waiter twice for extra plates.

Love the variety of great dishes and the prices are so reasonable. Food came piping hot to the table. Nice selection of wines even by the glass.

It was loud and we waited 20 min to be acknowledged by a server, there was some mix up. There were open tables but the kitchen was backed up and there was not enough wait staff, odd for 7pm on a Saturday night.
