One steak on the menu and they were out of it. No ice cream for the dessert. Food was fair. Desserts were horrible. Service was not wonderful. A lot of money for a mediocre meal.

Food is always good but everytime I go, somehthing always messess up the visit. This time, I couldn't order the one thing I went there for because they were out. I'm beginning to think I should just remove this place off my favorites list.

Today the service was extremely slow, they were out of "3" of the sides (sweet potato soufle, collard greens and potato salad) and our food was not fresh (at least a day or so old). Very dissappointed on this visit.

Wrong Food order was brought to the table.
They didn't have any straws for the drink. Waitress told us they were all out of straws. When I did get the right order the sides were cold. I never send food back to the kitchen. So we took our sides home to warm them up and eat it.

The Restaurant was OUT of much of the side dishes that we wanted. We would order and they would come back to say they were OUT of that dish. We were there at 5pm and did not eat till around 7pm. Some in my party canceled their order. The food that we were able to order was good when we received it.

Although the restaurant was not even 50% occupied, we had to wait for our table. Our waitress did not inform us ahead of time that they were out of several items on the menu. In addition, she communicated a drink special that no longer existed and was not very knowledgeable about the menu.

Food took too long to come. Told way after the fact that they didnot have baked beans. Rib tips were dry, not eatable. The ribs were burnt and the covering was hard. Also the music playing was awfully loud for a time period before 8 pm

1. We were told that they were out of chicken wings (signature item) and smoked turkey after they took our drink order. I think it would make more sense if you told customers before they ordered refreshments then they would not feel obligated to stay.
2. I thought all sodas were included in the lunch menu, however only tea and arnold palmers are included per our waitress.
3. Although green beans are on the lunch menu, I was charged extra for choosing green beans instead of fries, they should offer a healthier choice.

The waitress did mess up our order a bit (collard greens when sweet potato souffle was ordered; cornbread when a roll was requested; said there were no onions in the blackeyed peas, but there were). Also, the restaurant was out of some food at 1 p.m., including fried okra and smashed potatoes.

Unfriendly and unattentive waiter. Awful food. Tasted like everything came from can or jar. Most of the sides were out at 7pm on Saturday night. Will not go back.

I made 3 requests of the server and she failed all of them. I asked for lemon and lime with water and just recieved water. Server also delivered our order with the side dishes reversed. I also placed a to go order without sauce and she delivered order with sauce. Finally she informed me that she automatically charged gratuity because I used Restaurant.com, but my voucher did not authorize automatic gratuity. Vouchers in the past have stated automatic gratuity but not this one. Based on her inability to listen and execute she did not deserve it. Plus there was cash on the table for the gratuity. Server did not read certificate and management needs to be aware of this situation.

The food was not good. I plan to follow up with a letter to the manager. It was not hot, the greens were overcooked and tasteless, the black eyed peas were equally as bad. We had just eaten here in December and the quality of the food was excellent. I am finding that Michon's is not consistent. I regret that I bought 2 other restaurant coupons. Can I trade them for others.

The food was good. Customer service was poor. The waiter began to take our order and before we could make our selection, he began to ramble off the things that they did not have, which was half the menu. I immediately started to leave, however I decided to stay and not ruin a good night by looking for another restaurant and have to drive across town. Everything went pretty smoothly as far as our entrees was concerned, which is more than I can say for other customers who I overheard several complaints of food being cold. When it came time for dessert, we decided to order the red velvet cheesecake, I thought yummy! I was wrong. This must have been the ghetto version. What I was presented with was day old hardened cornbread dyed red with what looked like cream cheese in the middle. Oh yeah, with cool whip as garnish. We immediatley flagged the waiter, voiced our disapproval and ask that it be taken off our ticket. He rectified the problem. Overall, this restaurant need another visit from kitchen nightmares and an overhaul of the staff for better customer service.

The wings were great as usual. The mac and cheese appeared to be leftover from lunch- hard and dry, no taste. Waitress offered to get us a new freshly cooked , which just made insult to injury.. ie, that is what should have been done to begin with.

The food, atmosphere and customer service were outstanding. The best smoked wings I've ever had, next to my brother's. I don't even like pound cake, but, theirs is fantastic. I'll definitely go back and plan to take others with me.

Took over an hour to get our food. Others were upset about the wait also. Seldom saw our server. Ran out of a food item we wanted to order, the veggie patty and there were two vegetarians in our party. They just ate sides. The peach cobbler I ordered was liquid like water. They added an 18% tip to our bill, then tried to get us to add more.
