Great American Grill
Service was slow, food cold and the tip was added to the bill automatically. Reciept indicated large party to calculate the tip. The only waiter in the restuarant also handled room service orders.The waiter was a nice gentleman who spoke broken english. The restuarant was in the lobby of a hotel and while dining we "enjoyed" the cold weather outside. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Dining area was VERY cold.
Food was average, although price was high.

My steak tasted good, but the portion was so thin, it would have made a good sandwich. My wife's salad, what wasn't unripe was good

Entree was very good. Cake ordered for dessert was stale.

I was told that I could only use the gift certificate for food and not alcoholic beverages, however, it did not indicate that on the certificate and if I had known that when I purchased the certificate than I would not have purchased a GREAT AMERICAN GRILL certificate.
