It was a late afternoon lunch. There were only a dozen people there at the time nice and mellow. Service was prompted and friendly.

Randomly picked this spot from the site. Met some out of town friends and have a great experience. We were treated well by the waitress. Very likeable place and we would return.

Waitress was pleasant and food was pretty good, but there was a weird vibe about the place. Some of the employees looked more like gang members. When we arrived, three guys with chains hanging from their pockets were smoking and swearing and repeatedly spitting on the ground immediately next to the door and after we were inside, we realized that these were employees taking a smoke break. Kind of got me worried about what was really in the dipping sauce.

Food and service were both great! The only thing that would have made it better would be to turn down the music a notch -- it was a little loud.

I had a really good bison burger & cajun seasoned steak bites (appetizer). My wife had a good turkey burger and the kids had the cheeseburger sliders. The food was very good!

Soup was horrible. slow service with no other guests other than a few at the bar. 6:oo on a Saturday night and we waited forever. It was food no distiguishing tastes or flavors. Would not reccomend this to others with the high cost of food in general and better eateries nearby.

We went for a lunch on Saturday and the bartender was great. He was very attentative and the food was delicious!

Really delicious for a "bar" scene. Best cheese curds we've ever had. The stuffed burgers were perfect, and the side salads had not ONE piece of iceberg lettuce,

This was a great spot with decently priced food. We went on Thursday around 6:30 and they had happy hour which consisted of $3 beers! They also had $5 bucket of 20 wings which was a huge plus. It's not an ideal spot for a family with children, however. It was loud, but yet inviting.

We actually purchased a certificate for the former Ugly Mug restaurant and were delighted when the new restaurant Jackson's Hole honored it. The food was really delicious with very large portions and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. Great happy hour specials as well.

The service was friendly and excellent! The waitress stopped over frequently to ensure we had everything we needed and to provide refills. We only had app's but would stop back in to enjoy a meal. If it hadn't of been for restaurant.com we would never have known about Jackson Hole.
