We are regulars at this establishment, and frequent the bar area for lunch almost every Friday. Jennifer is a wonderful bartender and one of the reasons we keep coming back. To our dismay, she was not there today and the bar top was packed so we sat at a table in the bar. Our server was friendly, but was not listening when we ordered our food, as it did not come out correct, and we shared a meal (which we always do) and didn't even get any plates. Our server was no where to be found until half way through the meal. We presented our coupon at the end of the meal and was told that they could not process our entire meal, only the food, as alcohol cannot be discounted...although there was nothing stating so on the coupon. We have used these coupons before and have NEVER had a problem. We were very discouraged after leaving the restaurant and not sure if we will return. 3/1/2013 2:13:13 PM

We were pleased with the wings as an appetizer. It was quite pricy for a typical american meal, and not over The top in any way for me. The service was not Great, we waited several minutes for a Hostess and gratuity was charged for just four of us while te waiter did very little. 2/28/2013 12:03:09 AM

Our appetizer and dinners arrived at roughly the same time and we were concerned the meals would be cold. We mentioned the same to our waiter and they took back the entrees and prepared new ones. The manager even came by to make sure we were satisfied. The onion rings appetizer was great, although we had to ask for plates. 2/25/2013 10:12:53 AM

For the most part the dining experience was okay, but we were sat under this light that flickered the entire time and it was a bit distracting. Seems like a simple problem to fix, but the issue had not been addressed. 2/25/2013 8:04:16 AM

The prices were WAYYY to high, when asked specific questions about a certain dish te dish came out totally different, and then the service was HORRIBLE! We never saw our waitress after our food was served and we were there for 50 minutes. We had to ask other servers for every thing. When finally asked to speak to a manager his answer was it was shift change and that is / was why. We felt it was due to the fact that she new we had a Restaurant.com certificate and the gratuity was already included so it didn't matter to her. Then he apogized and said he wanted us to ce back and gave us a little card with his name on it and said dinner next time is on me; didn't offer to compensate us or anything. Alot of disagreement on the resturant.com $25 coupon. Management insisted on adding gratuity when not disclosed on the coupon as well as not allowing alcohol which also was not disclosed. Management and staff were rude and not knowledgable on menu selections. 1/29/2013 3:36:12 PM

I had the smothered chicken and my husband had the fish/chips - both dishes were very good!! My chicken was cooked perfectly! Very moist and tender. I will definitely order this again!! Twice they've changed their menu now & both times eliminated my favorite dish. I was disappointed & frustrated. I hate having to figure out what I like at a restaurant. In addition, the music was way too loud. It was turned down, but then they switched the audio to a sports game & it blared louder than before...so loudly that the kids had to cover their ears & we had to shout the entire meal to be heard to one another. When we received our check, the gratuity had been added (which was fine), but was not a line item (which was NOT fine). After many MANY attempts to figure out how they had calculated our final total we COULD NOT DO IT. No combination of pre-gift card bill total, tax & gratuity ever came out to what was on the bill. We are the kind of people that we like it when the numbers work out. Then we know it's accurate, are being billed correctly & the wait staff is being appropriately tipped. We typically tip more than 18% (the auto gratuity), but we had to just guess since the numbers didn't add up. 1/20/2013 1:08:03 AM
