First off our waitress was AWESOME... her name was Gentell (sorry if I did'nt spell it right) she took very good care of us,she explained all the menu specials,she knew a lot about the history of the pictures around the restaurant(very interesting i might add.)took the time to explain it clearly and, also informed us about the store. We have always enjoyed eating at House of Blues in the past, so when the restaurant.com certificate was available, it made sense to get it. They have recently changed their menu, and I was not impressed with the new selection. The food was okay, but not great like it has been in the past. As a result, we are in no hurry to eat there again anytime soon. The best part of the evening was our server who was very friendly and personable. 7/2/2012 9:08:13 AM

We went to Jouse of Blues because of our 2 favorite things...the Rosemary Cornbread & the Elwood Chicken Sandwich. We were very very disappointed that they were taken off the menu. We enjoyed our substitute orders but greatly missed these items off the menu! 6/26/2012 5:52:48 PM

The manager was great - my husband's meal was a bit undercooked, and the asparagus a bit overcooked - nothing major, but we mentioned it when she asked. She corrected it immediately and was really concerned that we were taken care of well. We'll definitely go back. 4/29/2012 1:11:43 PM

Our meal was great. My only complaint was that the ice cream desserts we got, while gigantic, were $6 each for plain vanilla ice cream in a bowl.
