Crossroads at House of Blues
While visiting Disneyland we decided to have a meal at Crossroads at House of Blues. The service was great and fast. The alcohol beverages were very yummy. Great dinner!!

Server paid little attention to our group of 16 people (wasn't even packed). Refills on drinks were longer than usual we had to ask other servers who also took forever to refill them. Food lacked taste and drinks were a bit..flat. Food was served with forgotten ingredients and had to wait for it to be corrected.

The service at The House of Blues was excellent. Two of our waitresses were Camile and Sharna (close to that). They were both really nice and made our party feel special. We, actually, went back again with six guests and spent over $200.00. The food was great and we plan to visit this restaurant the next time we are in Anaheim.

pulled pork sandwich was fatty, grilled vegetables on all 4 of our dinners were raw and the snow peas still had the stems attached. after we complained of vegetables the waiter laughed and walked away. will not return again.

The wait was muchlonger than first quoted. quote was 45 mins but was actuallly 1 hr, 15 mins. The host desk was disorganized, we were handed off to another desk in which we had to wait another 5 mins for him to get menu's before seating us.
Once seated, the food server was great but the experience prior to getting to the table was less then desirable.

Excellent waitor and great salmon, ribs, and two great vegan dishes. We were outside on the patio where we had plenty of room and even received an umbrella on request to shelter us from the sun. Then to top if off the waitor brought me a wonderful key lime pie for my birthday celebration! We will definitely go back again!

Friendly staff all the way up the chain to the managers and chefs.Highly recommend the Voo-Doo Shrimp, Creole Catfish and Ribeye. Also, request Ashley as a server.

Our server was very helpful and the food was excellent overall.

we waited a very long time as we were given a pager and finally enquired why it was taking so long, somehow we got taken off the list. Staff was very apologetic and got us a table right away I think they gave us two free desserts as well. Service was excellent after that and food was good. Had a friend take her family to Disneyland this month and gave them a certificate for your restaurant.

This location in Downtown Disney is very fun, we were a large party and sat outside, there was live music and lots of people to watch. The menu had a variety of interesting choices and the food was excellent. our server did a great job also. overall a very good experience.

Our server (Brooks) was great. He was knowledgable and gave a lot of information regarding menu items. Ultimately we went with his recommendations and were very happy with our meals.
