The server assigned to us was also providing room service in the hotel so he was absent for long periods. When we needed anything, we waited and usually had to go find someone else to help us.

Excellent attentive service, hotel dining room atmosphere, quiet and plesant. Good food (lunch buffett) and an surprisingly good price even without the Resturant.com coupon.

We ate the buffet breakfast at Lorraine's. It seems that omelet's and maybe waffles are available as part of the buffet as well, (made to order back in the kitchen), but we weren't informed of this, just happened to overhear the tables around us receiving the info. Maybe it was because we had a restaurant.com coupon that we weren't told? The buffet had your basic breakfast choices. Good cinnamon rolls.

No waiting at lunch time Sunday at noon. Food was very tasty and sufficiently plenty. We will go again. We had very good personal service with the host and server.

They offered a breakfast buffet but there was not one available. We had to order lunch off the menu.

The waitresses disappeared for about 25 min and one of the workers had to find her. Also, the biscuits were cold.

We did not realize that there was a convention going on in the hotel that weekend. There was a lot going on but the waiter was very nice and attentive and we had a great meal and a wonderful time.

Not many restaurants participate from Franklin TN, so choices were limited.
So glad we tried it. Will definately return with friends and faimly.

The service was very very slow. There was only two other tables with customers.If the food was not good, it would have been a poor experience.

I was looking for someplace nice but did not want a hotel dinning room. The discreption was not clear that Lorrien's was in a hotel. It was good for a hotel. It was not what I expected

It was our 34 anniversary and the food was good. Only two things to improve on: We waited a long to be seen at the door and there needs to be more vegetation choices. The meat sandwiches were great

We called twice and no one answered the phone. We arrived and we were greeted by hostess, but restaurant was empty except for us (not sure why phone wasn't answered). Waiter was not knowledgeable about menu items. Once we were served, we never saw the waiter again until we had to flag him down to get our bill. Food selection was very limited and over-priced. Food was mediocre, at best.
