Overall, our experience was very good. It seemed the waitstaff was extremely busy but we received adequate service. We enjoy dining at Nawab ..... the food is flavorful and high quality. We enjoyed dining at the window. The tealite candle was almost used up, we recommend using longer burning candles as evening dining with candles gives a special touch. Nawab's decor is very nice -- pictures, paint scheme, and clean tables -- which is good for any restaurant.

This was a take-out order. The food is amazingly delicious every time. I hope Nawab stays as it is and does not change any recipes for the food! It is D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S. There may be some misunderstanding from the Indian dialect to English, however, everything turned out good.

As always, Nawab continues to serve excellent Indian cuisine in a very tasteful atmosphere. As an Indian, this is my preferred Indian food destination in Roanoke. The chicken tikka masala is fantanstic, rich creamy and flavorful with large perfectly prepared pieces of tandoori chicken. Pair this with the garlic naan and you won't be disappointed. The paneer sagwala (creamed pureed spinach) is just as decedent. Service is good, but there can be a longer wait if its busy, like a Friday night. If you are in the roanoke area and craving delicious Indian food, be sure and come here

Very good & friendly service. They really pushed drinks though when we just wanted water. They also pushed to have the bill paid before we were even done eating. Overall they're friendly and attentive though.

The food was excellent. We ad a spicy, tamarind lamb dish that was absolutely perfect. Worth the money. The buffet was very good also and a great price.

We sat at the one table that was not blocked from the door, so we were cold during dinner every time the door opened. Also, the service was slow and didn't make us feel welcome.

We had the best experience at Nawab. The atmosphere was calming and enjoyable, the music was ethnic and fun, the food was amazing and every where we turned there were smiling faces ready to serve. I give it five stars! we are definitely returning!
